As a Learning Experience Designer at Tarbell Management Group, I design and implement engaging training solutions that support the development of over 300 employees across our Tobacco, Petroleum, and Retail divisions.
My role involves creating a wide range of learning materials—from leadership development programs and customer service trainings to software tutorials, job aids, teambuilding workshops & so much more.
One of my recent highlights was developing a company-wide skills matrix that allowed me to build custom learning paths tailored to each role. I’m also passionate about leveraging tools like Articulate and Reach360 to deliver dynamic, interactive experiences that truly resonate with learners.
As part of our transition from PAYCOM to UKG, I led the development of a comprehensive Manager Guide to support the rollout of our new Human Resources Management System (HRMS). I was responsible for designing and delivering training to company associates and managers, ensuring a smooth and confident shift to the new platform. This included creating clear documentation, live training sessions, and user-friendly reference materials tailored to our teams' workflows.
